As we will not be building the trailer for you and by purchasing these plans the purchaser agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Pre-made plans

These designs are the property of Bay Engineering Solutions  Ltd. Each plan is for a one-off build only. By purchasing the plans, you are acquiring a Single Person User license for personal one-off builds only. Purchasing the plans does not allow you to rent, lease, sub-license, distribute, lend, sell or transfer the plans to any third party.

2. Liability / Disclaimer

The Bay Engineering Solutions Ltd. ‘Split-Shift’ tiny house trailer plans (“the Plans”) have been designed and drawn in New Zealand but are available for sale in Licenced form internationally.

The Plans are intended for New Zealand roads and as building and towing regulations vary from country to country, this may not be suitable for use in other countries due to variations in local regulations and standards.

It is important to note that the Plans are not intended to be a substitute for professional advice and guidance from a qualified local engineer or other relevant professional is strongly recommended and that they are reviewed and approved by a qualified engineer or other relevant professional who is familiar with the local regulations and standards that apply to the intended use of the Plans.

The purchaser of the Plans acknowledges that they are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards relating to the use of the Plans in the jurisdiction where the Plans will be used. Any modifications or adjustments made to the Plans must be undertaken at the purchaser’s own risk and responsibility.

The seller of the Plans shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may arise from the use or misuse of the Plans, or any modification or adjustment made to the Plans. The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the seller of the Plans from any claims, damages, or other liabilities that may arise from the use or misuse of the Plans.

3. Acknowledgement 

Images shared online (including social media) of your Trailer builds using our plans need to credit Bay Engineering Solutions Ltd for Plans.

By purchasing and using the Plans, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these terms above

4. Product content

By purchasing the plans, you will receive:

• A full set of trailer plans with 2D and 3D pictures with a colour coded step by step building guide to fabricate from.
• Full cutting list for trailer chassis with material sizes used.
• Drawings for small fabricated components for eg: axles, light tower, coupling plate etc.
• Recommended parts page for main running gear including specs and pictures for reference.
• 2 x full 2D and 3D drawings of the deck to suit chassis at 2.4mtrs wide and 2.9mtrs wide both options come with each plan so you can build any width deck for your trailer chassis that you require.
• Full cutting lists and materials sizes for both size decks.
• Key building guide lines with trade secrets to help build the trailer chassis and deck straight and correct.
